| Each year the L.U.C. awards ALL $20,000.00 dollars directly to
the Community of East Boston in the form of Charitable Grants. The L.U.C. is
forbidden under any circumstances to take a penny from this fund, It is a
Mitigation Settlement for sub-dividing 175 McClellan Highway .The L.U.C.
would like to thank the Estate of the late Mr. Leonard Florence for his
generosity, as well as the new owners Mr. Coleman Burke, and Bulgroup
Properties of New York for honoring Mr. Florence by continuing to help East
Boston Residents have access to these funds. |
