Politics:

Dear Eagle Hill Friends,

Thank you very much for the opportunity to address the Eagle Hill Civic Association at your meeting last evening, October 28, 2009.

Like so many other groups I have met with in East Boston, I can tell the people in attendance last evening care about their neighborhood and East Boston as a whole.

Never feel that you have been forgotten or left behind. Although I am from the North End, I have great respect for my neighbors on the other side of the tunnel, which we all pay too much to go through.

The betterment of your neighborhood thru improved city services, thoughtful long-term planning, and the actions of individuals invested in the community is what will make Eagle Hill flourish.

I sincerely appreciated the opportunity to speak with you and hopefully, form some new friendships. My door is always open to talk, listen or help with a project.

The engaged citizens of Eagle Hill represent the best attributes of people who care about their community and both me and my beautiful wife Katie want to be a part of that.

Thank you very much,

Chris Kulikoski
Candidate, Boston City Council, District 1
