EB Athletic Board's 8th Annual Summer Wiffle Ball
Tournament at East Boston Stadium
On Saturday August 13th, the East Boston Athletic Board will be hosting its 8th
Annual Summer Wiffle Ball Tournament at East Boston Stadium. Fifteen teams from
all over the City will be battling for bragging rights in what is to be expected
one of the most competitive turnouts since the tournament's founding.
Proceeds from the tournament, made possible by its entrants and its local
sponsors including,
Advanced Automotive;

Cunard Tavern – Ducali;
CrossFit Jeffries Point; Drago & Toscano, LLP;
Ed Deveau – Realtor; Mario Century 21;

The event will benefit the Board's scholarship fund, which provides college
scholarships to East Boston scholar athletes.
The East Boston Athletic Board was established in 1950. It's long standing
mission is to award scholarships to the High School student athletes, both young
men and women, who excel in sports and academics and who are going to college.
These scholarships are presented at the Annual Banquet of Champions in June. |
