permitting (if it seems ominous come anyway enjoy the conversation
and get your hands on a first original map.
The self guided free Walking Tour Map covers
eight sites and more celebrating some of East Boston’s magnificent
history. The walk can be done all at once or a little at the time.
The map takes you to points of interest and brings you back to
periods of time between the early 1800’s to present day. The Golden
Stairs have recently been restored reflecting the reverence East
Boston citizens have for East Boston’s past and future.
We invite you to share this invitation and meet
us at the library. Get your hands on your very own first ever
walking tour map of historic East Boston and come celebrate history
and conversation.
