East Boston Main Streets is hiring
for the position of Curriculum Program Manager for its Small
Business Institute
East Boston Main Streets’ (EBMS), in conjunction with its partners
and experts in the field, is creating a Small Business Institute.
Its aim is to provide East Boston’s small and micro business
community the opportunity to learn and grow their businesses through
access to small business development programs aimed at but not
limited to finance, insurance, social media marketing, and
management topics.
East Boston Main Streets is looking to hire, on a contract basis, a
Curriculum Program Manager to support the development and management
of its Small Business Institute. The contractor will synthesize
existent content and develop new content (as appropriate) to create
a 10-12 month curriculum of classes relevant to the East Boston
small and micro business community.
Additionally, the contractor will help identify an initial cohort of
adult student participants from the East Boston community and will
facilitate monthly classes utilizing content experts to be
identified over the course of 10-12 months that will lead to a
certification through East Boston Main Streets.
The scope and sequence of this program will be developed by the
contractor in collaboration with an advisory panel constituted of
community partners.
