Project Description: 70 Bremen LLC (the “Proponent”) seeks to
redevelop an approximately 9,840 square foot surface parking lot
located at 70 Bremen Street in the East Boston neighborhood. The
Proposed Project will consist of a newly constructed five (5) story
mixed use building with thirty four (34) residential units, one (1)
ground floor commercial unit, and thirty (30) off- street parking
