(EAST BOSTON -
October 4, 2014) Anthony Albano, noted political operative and a former dean of
discipline for Boston Public Schools died Thursday Mr. Albano was a legend
in East Boston, and the only venue large enough to hold his wake is the East
Boston High School Auditorium writes Nina Gaeta in an email."
The wake will be held on Sunday, Oct. 5 from 3 - 7 p.m. Traffic rules will be in
force as long lines of friends paying respect are expected. There will be
NO parking on White Street from Brooks to Putnam on Sunday, and that the EBHS
parking lot is going to be closed off most of the weekend.
The funeral will be at St. Anthony's Church in Revere on Monday Oct. 6 at 12
noon.
