 utdoor Mass and dedication ceremony honoring the life and legacy of Tere
 sa Basile—an East Boston legend —who raised 4 remarkable men on her 
 own after her beloved husband Anselmo passed away at a young age.\n\nTer
 esa was a woman of deep faith\, strength\, endurance and a laugh the wou
 ld light up any room. She was so kind to everyone and always thought of 
 others before herself. She always helped those who were less fortunate. 
 She had a heart of gold and deeply touched so many lives.\n\nThis evenin
 g will also celebrate the remarkable work of her youngest son\, Carlo\, 
 whose vision and dedication have helped restore and revitalize the Madon
 na Shrine’s Observatory Tower.\n\nThrough countless hours of labor\, p
 ersonal sacrifice\, and unwavering commitment\, Carlo has worked to make
  this treasured landmark accessible to all—repairing the elevator\, in
 stalling a handicap chairlift\, restoring the observatory\, and ensuring
  future generations can experience the breathtaking beauty and spiritual
  significance of this special place.\n\nCome celebrate Teresa\, her amaz
 ing son Carlo\, her family and their lifelong dedication to our wonderfu
