 pe this email finds you well and you are all keeping warm. As many of yo
 u may have seen and heard from recent news and social media\, over the p
 ast year the JPNA has slowly lost board members to people moving\, chang
 ing of life status and the ending of board terms. Although we have cont
 inued to advertise and ask people to join the board\, both through media
  and in person\, no one has done so.\n\nAs of January 1\, we will have 1
  board member. At the January 13th monthly meeting at 7PM on Zoom\, if w
 e do not gain a minimum of 3 board members\, the JPNA will close down\, 
 as it is unable to continue to function.\nIf you would like to nominate
  yourself to run for a position\, please email\, well\, me\, at board@je
 ffriespoint.org. If you would like to learn more\, you can also send an 
 email\, I am happy to set up a public coffee to speak with a group of pe
 ople this weekend if that would be helpful. Board descriptions\, bylaw

 the existing A-dormer and portion of the front roof to be replaced with 
 a shed dormer. No change in the building’s overall height and livable 
 square footage\n\nAs a reminder\, all questions will be handled via the 
 Zoom chat feature. We ask all attendees to remain muted unless called up
