SUMMARY:MBTA on coming bus service changes
DESCRIPTION:The MBTA will host a meeting on the upcoming changes coming 
 to MBTA Bus Routes 104\, 116 and 117. Route 104 will be new and travels 
 between Malden\, Everett\, Chelsea and East Boston. MBTA staff will also
  discuss the increased frequencies of the NEW Route 116 which will be co
 mbined with Route 117. The meeting is at East Boston High School\, Small
