Eastie Pride Day is all about uplifting our East Boston community while celebrating our history, traditions, and resilience. Since 1989 we have gathered each year as a community at Piers Park, but for the first time in thirty-one years we were unable to bring to life our annual tradition last August due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We knew it was the best decision for our community, especially as East Boston endured some of the highest levels of coronavirus cases in the city. But as we approach the 32nd Annual Eastie Pride Day this August, we knew we couldn’t let another year go by without celebrating our Eastie Pride in a safe way!

We are thrilled to announce that the 32nd Annual Eastie Pride Day will take place on Saturday August 21, 2021 and will be highlighting our Eastie community, businesses, and organizations, all while adhering to safety guidelines. While we will not be gathering at Piers Park this year, August 21st will be a day to showcase Eastie pride by joining our neighbors in supporting the resilient local businesses in our community and learning about the many wonderful organizations that call Eastie home. We hope you will join the celebration on Saturday, August 21st by visiting and supporting the following Eastie businesses and organizations that have committed to celebrating the 32nd Annual Eastie Pride Day!
