East Boston Senior Center is one of the locations.
Every winter the Boston Public Health Commission and Parks Department offer FREE fitness throughout the city and virtually. This winter, , four in person and seven virtual classes every week including Zumba, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Cardio, Strength, Tai Chi and more! Classes are all-levels and and the in person classes take place in local community centers. One of the classes, Strength & Balance, takes place at the East Boston Senior Center on Tuesdays at 11 AM.
The Boston Parks Winter Fitness Series offers free fitness programming from January 7 – April 6 both virtually and at local community centers.. There are 4 in-person and 7 virtual classes led by certified fitness instructors and everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level.
