9 Chelsea Street Impact Advisory Group (IAG) | Virtual Tuesday, March 10, 2026 | 06:00 PM – 08:00 PM This is a virtual Impact Advisory Group (IAG) / Public Meeting for the proposed project at 9 Chelsea Street, located in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the project to the Impact Advisory Group and public in order to gather comments and feedback for the development team.

The Proposed Project consists of a new six-story, mixed-use residential building containing approximately 81,561 gross square feet, 109 residential rental units, and approximately 2,875 square feet of ground floor retail and commercial space, together with widened sidewalks, open space, and related site and building amenities. The 109 residential units are proposed to be a diverse mix of types including: 16-two-bedroom, 34-one-bedroom and 59-studio units. The first floor will provide amenity space for residents to utilize in accordance with Planning Department policy, and a 3,279 square foot rooftop deck for residents.
