The City of Boston is hosting 2 workshops to provide East Boston residents with an update on the Coastal Storm Risk Management Study. In partnership with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the study analyzes coastal flood effects on people, ecosystems, property and critical infrastructure, and develops potential strategies to mitigate flood risk. These meetings will focus on proposed plans for East Boston. Residents are invited to learn about Climate Ready Boston in East Boston and the USACE study progress, share concerns and feedback, and ask questions.
