Mercurio brings over 8 years of legal experience to Standard. This appointment underscores Standard’s commitment to grow a team intentionally and thoughtfully, with the goal of elevating existing client services and fostering growth opportunities for referral sources and their clients.

Most recently with Dalton & Finegold, LLP, Mercurio specializes in residential real estate, focusing her practice on the representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders. Through her expertise and dedication, Mercurio assisted her clients in navigating the negotiation, closing, and title processes, closing hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions during her tenure. Mercurio received her BSBA in Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Suffolk University, graduating cum laude. She received her JD from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
