The East Boston Branch of the BPL celebrates 10 years in its new location

The new building on Bremen Street was planned and completed under the Menino administration.

The branch library overlooks the Mary Ellen Welch Greenway. It is a testament to learning and self-discovery both are essential to a democratic people.
