Wakefield, MA, October 2025 — ADG.BOSTON’s new MotoStripe™ Collection redefines what modern, sustainable fashion can look like — combining bold color, clean lines, and a conscience. Each jacket is made-to-order, digitally printed to eliminate waste, and crafted from natural cotton fiber, a renewable, biodegradable material chosen for comfort, durability, and a lighter footprint.
“It’s about making fewer, better things that mean more,” says founder and lead designer Mary Judge. “We wanted clothing that feels as good as it looks — pieces made with care and intention, not excess.”
Built with a 4–6 week turnaround, every MotoStripe™ piece is created one at a time, offering a mindful alternative to fast fashion’s cycle of overproduction and disposal. Blending classic silhouettes — chore coats, shirt jackets, jean jackets, and jumpsuits — with moto-inspired details, the collection feels modern, timeless, and personal. “We’re creating something that lets people express themselves through color,” Mary adds.
Co-founder Bob Judge explains the inspiration: “I’ve always loved moto style and stripes. They have a sporty, confident edge. The color combinations mean something different to everyone — your team, your country, your roots, or just your favorite shades — but they all tell a story. Each cotton piece feels great from the moment you put it on and softens beautifully over time, like your favorite denim.”
ADG.BOSTON’s tagline, “No Logos, Just Colors,” says it all: the story is in the color, not the crest — and the difference is in how it’s made.
About ADG.BOSTON
Founded by Mary Judge, a designer and artist whose grandfather, Frank Alfano, opened a dry goods store in East Boston in 1921 — inspiring the name Alfano Dry Goods (ADG.BOSTON) — the brand is co-led by her husband Bob Judge, a boxing coach and black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Together, they run a small family brand devoted to craftsmanship, quality, and thoughtful production.
The company blends classic design with intentional methods, focusing on lasting value, responsible production, and personal expression — one piece at a time.
