Mr. William Fowler, professor of history at Northeastern University, Boston. Mr. Fowler is the author of several books including: The Baron of Beacon Hill, Rebels Under Sail, and Under Two Flags, to name a few. Beyond his teaching and literary achievements, Mr. Fowler served as the Director of the Massachusetts Historical Society from 1998-2005.
