U.S. Attorney Lelling to leave post by month’s end

BOSTON, February 10, 2021 – United States Attorney Andrew E. Lelling announced today that, effective February 28, 2021, he will step down as United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.  Mr. Lelling tendered his resignation to the President of the United States earlier this week.
