Neighborhood groups unite to score PLAN: East Boston

A coalition of East Boston neighborhood groups released a letter critical of a draft from the Boston Planning and Development Agency, PLAN: East Boston. Drafting and signing the letter (below) are the Eagle Hill Civic Association, the Gove Street Citizens Association, Harbor View Neighborhood Association, the Jeffries Point Neighborhood Association, and the Orient Heights Neighborhood Council.
