March 22, 2021 marks the 150th anniversary of the East Boston Branch, the first municipally funded branch library in the United States.

Join us as we explore the history and importance of library service in East Boston while learning a bit about life in 19th and 20th century East Boston in this slide lecture presented on zoom by Branch Librarian, Margaret Kelly.
